Why is my PRO membership not transferring over to the new Alien Blue app?

Unfortunately, since we acquired Alien Blue and released it as an entirely new app, your old PRO purchase on the old app will not transfer over.  

All payment transactions on iOS are handled by Apple using Apple IDs, and that information is not shared with us.  We have no way of verifying your old purchase, and no way of giving you a free purchase (we have no access to Apple’s payment system).

To address the concerns of some old Alien Blue users, we made an in-app announcement about the acquisition and a provided users with a week of free PRO. We also provided a day of free PRO on Cyber Monday.
