Modmail is the shared messaging system that moderators use to communicate with members of their communities and other redditors.
If you have questions for the moderators of a community, it’s best to contact them through Modmail instead of through a private message or chat.
To send a message via Modmail on the web, click the message the moderators link under the moderators section on the right side of the community you’re visiting. If you’re on the iOS app, select the About tab on the community you’re in and scroll down and tap the envelope icon above the list of moderators. If you’re on the Android app, select the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the community you’re visiting and tap contact mods.
