Found a banned or abandoned subreddit that you'd like to mod? Do you mod a subreddit with an inactive top mod? Reddit Request is a process managed by Reddit Admins and reviews the following types of requests:

Requests for ownership of abandoned subreddits which have no active moderators

Requests to remove inactive moderators listed above them in a subreddit they already moderate

Requests to remove top moderators who are inactive in a particular subreddit, but are otherwise active on the site (this follows a different process)
